WINEMAKER FOR A DAY – make your own blend

This is a Winemaker for a day experience, where you will know all about the portuguese Monocastas (single grape varieties) and Blends.

The main goal of this experience is to provide you with a greater sensitivity in relation to the characteristics of each variety.

You will blend your own wine and bring the bottle with your label. At the table, on a light lunch, we will appreciate the local cheese, sausages, jams and the bread. The portuguese gastronomy, at a local table, is also an outstanding experience.
