Batalha, a bonus, is where you can find one of the most important symbols of our history, Batalha Monastery. Where the Portuguese defeat the Spanish army on a long battle between 1383-1386.

Nazaré, a fisherman’s village and the most famous surf spot, where you can find the biggest waves in the world. Here the fish is king and it’s time to lunch (optional).

And Óbidos, a medieval village from XII century, inside the castle walls, where you can find a lot of handcraft stores mixed with churches and charming guest houses. Here you will have to taste a cherry liquor, the “ginjinha”, on a chocolate cup.
